Returns & Refunds Policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 03 days without giving any reason for doing so. However, please inform us formally via email that you needed to cancel the therapy in order to have your refund processed.

If you cancel after that, on the day of the therapy, you do not have right to a refund. You can reschedule your therapy in another day and time.

You can reschedule the therapy, until 12 hours, prior the therapy, without any penalty.

If you need to reschedule after this time, you must contact me with urgency to reschedule your appointment. Without that, I cannot guarantee you will get the paid therapy. If you cancel last minute, less than 2 hours to your session, you will not get a refund. You can contact me to arrange another day/time for your therapy, which will not be done in less than 4 days of your contact. Example: If you cancel last minute on Monday, 1/12/2025 and write me, I will reply to you in 48h. We can rearrange your therapy for Friday, 5/12/2025 or after this date, but not before that.

You get a refund from us if the professional does not deliver the therapy. For this, you can claim it 30 days from the date you have not received the service or the professional failed to deliver the service to you.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

If you meet the requirements, explained above, for a refund, we will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day you cancel your order. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for refund:

• Cancellation of your session before 72 hours of the therapy.

• Therapist failed to deliver service. Complain must be done in 14 days, after the occurence.

  Both will be processed in no more than 30 days, after formal email, explaining the situation.

Returning Goods

We do not sell goods, there is no returning policy.
